Today Hotel Pennsylvania Celebrates it's 92nd Birthday. 92 years of history forever embedded in those walls. If walls could talk what would they say? Well, today they'd say "Congratulations Ol' Girl!" Here's to 92 more years!
I would like to thank you for your work to save the Hotel Pennsylvania. I myself do not have any fond memories here but I realize this is a beautiful and historic place, one of New York's now numbered grand hotels. I have another option for Vornado. Although I believe they have already gotten permits for demolition, why not tell you. From what I have seen from pictures, very little of the interior is original so my plan for Vornado is to convert the interior into office space as they had planned with their new building, while saving the historic and beautiful Hotel Pennsylvania.
